So we recorded this and had it in the can, and then we got the Slaves to Darkness book and the release date and THAT bumped the episode back by one, and then we get the news that the Orruks are getting a new book. I have to say I’m glad that this episode wound up being a bit of a mess while we were recording it (we had to record stuff at the end to drop in the middle, and even that wasn’t 100% working and wow wow wow…) and we wound up only covering Ironjawz. We had a good time talking about it, but I hate doing episodes with a three month shelf life.
I’m not saying the episode isn’t any good. It’s a lot of fun. It’s just annoying to record an episode on the faction pack only to have them announce a new battle tome before you get to release the thing you just recorded.
